Chaperone Requirements
Review the CREDO Chaperone Liability Release Form in its entirety. Please note that a chaperone is limited to seven (7) youths, and must have a pastor or appropriate parish representative sign to verify the chaperone has gone through the child protection training in accordance with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati policy. Chaperones are a very important part of making the event a safe and spiritually enriching experience. We take the role and responsibility of the Chaperone seriously, and we will try to accommodate any special concerns you may have with all our attendees. Please contact us by email, phone, or at the event. We thank you for your commitment to sharing your faith with our youth.

This year, chaperones will serve as small group leaders for the teens in your group all weekend (2 sessions on Saturday, and 1 session on Sunday.

Small Group Leaders
This year, in an effort to more fully comply with Archdiocesan Child Protection Policy, we will not have separate small group leaders for the Saturday sessions as we have in the past.  Small Groups will be led by a group’s chaperones/group leader all weekend.

Overnight Chaperones
We are in need of chaperones to remain awake through the night at All Saints.  These chaperones will take shifts during Friday night and Saturday night.  All Overnight Chaperones must have attended a Child Protection Workshop and have been fingerprinted through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.  If you are willing to serve in this role, please contact Brad Bursa at youthminister@stgertrude.org for more information and open time slots.

Young Adult Volunteers
We welcome those high school graduates, who are not yet 21 years of age, to help with various aspects of the retreat.  If you have successfully completed the Archdiocesan Child Protection Workshop, and have been fingerprinted, please complete the Young Adult Volunteer form, and mail it in.  Space is limited for these volunteer positions, which will include:  security during the day, assisting with meals, registration, etc.
