NEWS FLASH!

Update May 1, 2016

Don’t forget to purchase your Golf Ball before May 8 to be in the early bird drawing of a one person ride in the helicopter from Lunken Airport to St. Gertrude and back to help drop the golf balls. The festival committee will be outside of Masses selling Golf Balls before the drawing.

Yard Signs and Magnets

Next weekend, May 7-8, volunteers will be outside of all Masses distributing yard signs and magnets. Please take one and spread the word about our wonderful festival. In Madeira yard signs may be displayed one month prior to festival (May 10) and in Indian Hill two weeks prior (May 27). You can put your magnet on your car at any time.

Auction Drop Off Dates

May 8 after 8:00am and 9:30am Masses and May 22 after 9:30am and 11:00am Masses. Please bring items to the Par- ish Center. New auction items are being added as they come in. Don’t forget you have plenty of time to drop off an item to the Parish Office if you have something you would like to donate.

Thank you to everyone who has sent in their pink envelope for the Major Award Club. Just a reminder, you still have time to return your pink envelope to be eligible for the kick- off party invite and the major award tickets. The Major Award Club is a great way to show your support for the festival. If you have misplaced your form or if you have any questions. feel free to call Cathy at 290-3391.

Thank you to so many that have turned in their pink enve- lopes for the Major Award Club. We are off to a great start. Please consider being a part of this very important club. It is a great way to show your support for the festival.

Thank you to the 18 community solicitors that will be collecting items in all the surrounding areas and also to the 20 captains collecting items in their neighborhood for “Neighborhood Baskets.”

Thank you to Cindy Tramontana for organizing the class room baskets. She is so talented and we are so blessed to have her overseeing this very fun part of our auction. Thank you also to the many families who sent in money to help Cindy purchase items to make up the baskets.

Dealer Training: Wednesday, June 8 at 6:00pm in the gym. Come learn the card games and become a dealer. Training lasts about an hour. No experience or reservation needed just come and learn!

Volunteers will be available outside ALL MASSES the next two weekends(TBD) collecting your Major Award Tickets and soliciting for volunteers. Please consider helping for a two-hour shift. Remember it takes 700 volunteers to run this show! Thank you!
