Special Night for the Knights

Jerry Trumpey District Deputy for the Knights of Columbus presented Grand Knight William Malarick with the Star Council Award for 2010-2011. On that same afternoon our Chaplain and Pastor Rev. André-Joseph LaCasse, O.P. at St. Gertrude Parish made his 4th Degree in our Hall in a special Exemplification for clergy. It was a truly beautiful and moving ceremony.

Rosary vigil in front of Sharonville abortion center

Please join Fr. Ezra, the Knights of Columbus Elder Council and your fellow St. Gertrude parishioners on May 26th at 9:00 am to pray the Rosary in front of the Sharonville abortion mill. We have had a loyal and faithful Pro-Life group each 4th Saturday – but there is always room for more. Our Bishop has asked us to pray and sacrifice; this is a great way to do both for the important cause of protecting the unborn.

Knights of Columbus Need Help Leading The Rosary At The Sharonville Abortion Clinic

A call to those that can help the Knights of Columbus, tomorrow May 28th.

From the Elder Council of Knights of Columbus,

I have good news on the pro-life front: Fr. Andre Joseph and the Pastoral Council support the idea of St. Gertrude Parish covering one Saturday each month to lead the rosary at the Sharonville abortion clinic. We're going to organize a meeting for interested parishioners in June to cover logistics and the process.
