End-of-the-Year Party May 20 from 6-9pm at Sellman Park (in case of rain – Parish Center)

All current 8-12th graders are invited to our big year-end bash. We have reserved the shelter at Sellman Park, where we will congregate for dinner, music, games and much more. Please spread the word as we close out our year with a bang!

I find myself at the end of another year of Youth Ministry, wondering how it is already mid-May and how we had the energy to make it this far! I would like to thank all of the members of St. Gertrude Parish for your ongoing support of our Youth programs and for encouraging your children to attend. Our Jr. High and High School programs continue to grow, and we are constantly adding new events so as to meet young people wherever they are on their faith journey. This year also marked the 25th year of Youth Ministry at St. Gertrude – which is quite a feat and a testament to tremendous parish support, and a lot of Dominican Friars who care about the youth.
