I apologize for not writing an article this past week. The music program has been very busy and very blessed these last two weeks. I extend sincere thanks to Britt Cooper and the Walsh University Chamber singers for singing at the 11am Mass on May 6. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them in putting together such a beautiful liturgy.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve had an increased presence in the school. Many congratulations go out to those second graders who received their First Holy Communion over the last two Saturdays. It was also a great joy to see all of our soon-to-be graduates processing up the aisle to crown our Blessed Mother at the May Crowning.

The choir is working hard to prepare music for Ascension, Pentecost, and Corpus Christi. We will take a break for the summer after Sunday June 10 (Corpus Christi).
