Mission Statement

St. Gertrude Youth Ministry exists to provide a variety of opportunities and experiences to junior high school age youth for their spiritual, moral, intellectual and social development formation. This formation is essential to becoming mature, well-rounded, Catholic Christian Adults. St. Gertrude Youth Ministry encourages the youth of the parish to develop a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ and His Church in the power of the Holy Spirit. In so doing, each person will realize in his or her own life the mission of Jesus: "I came so that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10).
