Mission
WHO WE ARE
We are a Roman Catholic parish of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati that is shaped and enlivened by the charism of the Order of Preachers (the Dominicans). We teach and preach the Truth, reverently celebrate the liturgy and sacraments, and gather as a community so that all may encounter Jesus here.
Vision
WHO WE ASPIRE TO BE
To be a community of disciples united in our Eucharistic Lord and sent to transform the world in the light of the Gospel.
Core Values
WHAT WE CULTIVATE
Reverence
We worship God with beauty and honor, promote the sanctity of the family, and approach each person as one made in God’s image and likeness. Humility We give the first glory to God and recognize our limitations and our need to rely on each other to accomplish the ministry the Lord has entrusted to us. Magnanimity We recognize that God has given us abundant gifts, therefore, we aspire to do great things for his glory and the good of souls. |
Generosity
We give ourselves wholeheartedly to our mission and willingly make sacrifices to serve God and our neighbor. Intentionality We plan and make decisions through prayer, study, and consultation. |
Strategic Anchors
WHAT WE ARE COMMITTED TO & HOW WE MAKE DECISIONS
1. Beautiful and Robust Sacramental Life
We worship God from the heart of the Church through frequent and reverent celebrations of sacraments and devotional prayer. 2. Systematic Formation for Discipleship We prioritize formation of the whole person (intellectual, spiritual, human, apostolic) at each stage of life and discipleship. |
3. Authentic Communion
We foster a spirit of welcome, belonging, and integration into the mission of our parish community and the Church. 4. Stewardship In gratitude, we cultivate and direct our gifts in a way that is ambitious and prudent. |
