Who We Are
Breaking Free is a parish-based support group for men who have struggled with—or who are currently struggling with—pornography and lust. It is for St. Gertrude Church parishioners, but not limited to St. Gertrude parishioners.
What We Do
Breaking Free helps men (who are aware that they have a problem) to become more educated, more resolute, and more supported in their recovery process. There is a solution, and Breaking Free helps men toward that solution.

New comers are always welcome! Meetings last no longer than one hour and consist of reading, reflection, and prayer. All in attendance are required to maintain confidentiality, so as to respectfully maintain the anonymity of those present. Note: This is a closed meeting, only for those in recovery.
