Funerals & bereavement

"Fear not, I am with you, be not dismayed. I am your God.
I will strengthen you, and help you, and uphold you with my right hand of justice."
-Isaiah 41:10

We extend our deepest condolences to you and your family during this time of loss. For the Christian, the Funeral Mass offers an opportunity to mourn and pray for your departed loved one as a Church. Because the Church is eternal, we remain united with those who have gone before us.

St. Gertrude Parish has a Bereavement Coordinator to assist you in planning a sacred Funeral Mass liturgy for your loved one. We also offer additional support as you navigate your loss through our Bereavement Support group, Seasons of Hope.

You will find additional information on both Funerals and Bereavement on the links below. May God hold you in the palm of His Hand.
