CGS Level 3 (Ages 9–12)
As children grow, their capacity for knowledge and abstraction increase. CGS Level 3 is intended to particularly address the 9- to 12-year-old child's interest in the mystery of time and history. In this program, time spent in the atrium is centered on deepening a child's understanding of his or her place within the context of God's plan of salvation through the study of sacred Scripture and the liturgy.

2022-2023 Pilot Session
The pilot session will be offered bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.* in Atrium II. This is a limited opportunity due to available resources of catechists, materials, time, and space. The cost of the pilot session is $80. Mary Beth Dickert and Lisa Farwick will be the co-leaders. Topics include, but are not limited to:

*St. Gertrude offers CGS Level 2 concurrently in Atrium I with Carrie Schmitt, for siblings of those in the Level 3 class.
