"To serve rather than be served in humility, simplicity, and charity."
Who We Are
What We Do
The Ladies of Charity (LOC) are on a mission to provide Vincentian leadership to women acting together against all forms of poverty. The LOC at St. Gertrude live this call in various ways:
- Annual fall Craft & Gift show and Bake Sale (proceeds go to help local charities)
- Annual Treasure Mart (proceeds go to help local charities)
- Weekend collections for local charities, including Bethany House, Mother of Christ Food Pantry, and more
When We Meet
Our group usually meets four times a year on the second Saturday of January, March, May, and September. Meetings start are from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Parish Center Lobby.
