Thousands followed Christ throughout his earthly ministry. Since his Resurrection, countless Christians have traveled to holy sites in order to connect concretely with places where heaven and earth have touched.
While pilgrimages have a long legacy within the Church, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage is the first undertaken at such a scale—walking coast-to-coast with Our Eucharistic Lord, en route to the 10th National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis. |
The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage, consisting of four routes (one each from the north, south, east, and west edges of the country), kicked off on the feast of Pentecost. The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Route (from the east) is traveling through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and stopping at St. Gertrude Church!
We invite you to join us and the perpetual pilgrims for the following events and accompany Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
