This permission form applies to the following 2024-2025 recurring Children and Youth Offerings at St. Gertrude Church.
- Faith Formation (Age 3-Grade 8) in St. Gertrude School
- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (Age 3-Grade 3): Sundays 8:15-9:45 a.m., 10:15-11:45 a.m.; Mondays 4-5:15 p.m., Tuesdays 6-7:15 p.m., Thursdays 11-12:30 a.m.
- Sacrament Formation (Typically Grade 2): Sundays 1:30-2:45 p.m.
- Family Faith (Grades 4-6): 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month 10:15-11:45 a.m
- Confirmation (Grades 7-8): 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month 10:15-11:45 a.m
- Youth Ministry (Grades 7-12) in the Parish Center & St. Gertrude School
- Junior High Youth Ministry (Grade 7-8): various meeting times
- High School Youth Ministry (Grades 9-12): Sundays 7-9 p.m.
- Liturgical Ministries in St. Gertrude Parish Center and Church
- Choir: Schola Cantorum rehearses Mondays & Wednesdays 3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. & sings on Sundays at 12 p.m.. Mass
- Choir: Collegium (high school) rehearsal times vary, but are typically Wednesdays prior to singing on Sundays at 12 p.m. Mass when Schola Cantorum is off.
- Altar Servers: Serve at Mass on Saturdays at 4 p.m., Sundays at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 p.m., & 6 p.m and at other important liturgical celebrations. Trainings are offered once a month, typically on a Thursday or Friday.
- St. Anne's Guild: Typically meets on the second Saturdays of the month, from 9 to 11:15 a.m.
