Communion to the sick

"I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.”
— John 6:51

Who We Are

We are St. Gertrude parishioners who serve our community by making the Blessed Sacrament accessible to those who are homebound or in hospitals.

What We Do

The men and women who serve in this ministry bring Communion to the sick and to anyone who is injured or physically impaired and cannot attend Mass.

When We Meet

We do not meet on a regular basis.
