Want something a little different for your kids to do this summer? St. Gertrude's music program will be holding a three-day camp for children ages five to 13 to teach kids how to read and sing the distinctive music of our faith: Gregorian chant. There will also be an art session each day during which the children will create and paint examples of letters inspired by ancient illuminated music manuscripts.
When: July 8-10, 2021
Where: St. Gertrude Parish Center Cost: First child is $50. Each additional child is $25. (Cost covers art supplies, music handouts, and snacks.) The camp is limited to 40 children. To reserve your child's spot, please register at https://my.stgertrude.org/s/class-list. If you do not yet have a MyStGertrude login yet, please email Kristen Eggers at [email protected]. If you have any questions about chant camp, please contact Catherine Fishlock at [email protected]. Comments are closed.
